A Superior Property Management Co., LLC was founded by Andee Jessee in 2007. She had only one property but knew there was a lot of potential for growth. She was born and raised in Central Oregon and saw a need for a more specialized type of residential management company. Being in the industry briefly before she started ASPMC, she quickly learned that doing just the basics would not protect the clients investment and would not retain happy tenants. She wanted to offer a service that was clearly superior. And it worked, fast forward to 2023, Andee and her amazing crew now manage approximately 700 doors.
